Connecting As Neighbours Co-operative (C.A.N.) is a unique, grassroots organization in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, that was created in 2001. We are one of three non-profit Neighbourhood Development Organizations (NDOs) in the province, and our goals are to strengthen the social and economic well-being of Moose Jaw’s residents and to build stronger neighbourhoods.
